Prep-Opt / X-Cell A's and B's????!!!!

So, i will be competeing in Novice Prep-Opt, and i don't really know what the a's and b's are for that level. I've tried looking it up several times, but can't seem to find it. Does anyone know what they are or where i can find them?!

What state are you in? Most states have their rules/requirements on their websites. Do a Google search for gymnastics andyour state and it should pop up.
