Ok how many of you get gym stuff for your kids for christmas.

DD is getting 2 leos and we just got her a set of new grips She is in a size 3 now!! She has what I call long piano fingers (great for playing piano). If she grows any more we will have to have custom grips LOL.

guilty - Leo and grips, but in my defence milord she really iusn't interested in anything else and my darling niece is 5 years older than her so I haven't had to buy her a stitch of clothing baring underwear all her life ! I have even found myself checking out the price of crash mats on ebay to save the mattreeses from the pounding their getting.

parallette bar and new buckle grips. Unfortunately, they are too big and dd thinks they will be too hard to do. I got double buckle. So I will be returning them and getting the single buckle ones. Not sure if I can get smaller ones though. they begin at 1 and that's what I got.

I used to get leos all the time for Christmas. This year I'm taking my dear niece to my old college's gym meet in January. She's never been to a college meet and we're back home at my mom's for break. It'll be me, my mom, my sister and my niece and we'll be driving from Colorado to Utah. It's against Utah too and they've always been one of my fav meets. So it's kind of a present for everyone.

Dd is getting her first ever set of grips -size 0. She is so excited! I had a couple of training Leo's and shorts from eBay put away in the next size up, and the ex comp Leo I won on eBay really cheap arrived this morning. She'll be really pleased with that, should be enough bling to impress her little friends!

No gym stuff for my dd this year - but I did make a leo for my friend's daughter's gift, and Pip has a severe case of leo envy - I was trying out the design for the junior squad competition leo I'm going to be making. Maybe tonight, once the baking is done, I might knock her one out...

I usually receive a leo or something small of that sort. My parents always think I have to many and aren't keen on buying one.
But I know this year my brother is giving me gym shorts, well they are nike combat shorts. I picked them out and told him to get me them haha.

Well, dd is at a new gym and as fundraising chair I was in charge of the clothing order, so dd is getting a fleece jacket with her gym's name and her name embroidered on it and also a pair of sweatpants with the gym's name down the leg. Also a discount Leo I bought a while back to take an order up into the "free shipping" range. Oh, and a gymnastics photo album because her old one is full.

DD is getting a couple of leo's and the pink Children's Place gymnastics shirt that another poster gave the link for a while back. I got an extra gymnastics shirt for dd to give to her friend for Christmas, too, but she doesn't know that yet!

Nothing this year at all- DD wants an iPod Touch and pretty much that's all Santa and mom and dad have the budget for, so that and a few small items will be under the tree tomorrow AM- I can't wait!!!

My gymmie also wanted an iPod Touch - so she will have that and a few little things under the tree tomorrow, too :)

A friend gave DS a stamp with a male gymnast on it ... from a country I can't recall ATM.

DD wanted leos BAAAAD. I got her some. 2 Destira grab bag Junior sized which I'm pleased to see fit my long torso'ed lean 8 year old very very well. A Snowflake AXS that I haven't seen on her yet.
