Girly finds change and unknowns pretty difficult. This week she's participating in a team camp, Coaches and kids from Scotland are visiting. This morning she went in no trouble, even though she was nervous and her tummy hurt.

I was confidant she was ok and I left the gym 15 min into her 5 hour training session Can't wait to pick her up and tell her how proud I am!

Day 2 was great

There was a moment at warm up where they paired off and dd didn't have a partner she was paired with a boy she didn't know.
I thought for sure she was going to crumble she looked panicked, but she made it through and I was in my car by 1015

I asked her at pickup about how she felt and she said she was upset and thought she was going to cry but she pushed through and was so proud of herself for working through the anxiety

We then promptly went for ice cream.

I am getting more confidant that the out of province camp will go well [emoji4]

Ice cream was well deserved by both of you! Anxiety is real, I'm so proud she is working through it. Good Job Mom! You are teaching her skills to last a lifetime.
