Can I also just say, the Oreo milkshakey thing sounds absolutely great. We only started getting Oreos in the UK like last summer, I love them!

Oh no. It can get pretty bad. My boyfriend could probably get you a list lol. He was a wrestler and always cut weight during the season...like 10-12 pound under his usual weight. Right when his season ended he would eat the worst foods imaginable. He would go shopping the day before his last meet so it would be there immediately when he was done.

At my work, we sell these cinnamon rolls that we order from a bakery. Well for the first time today, I was the one who wrappen them up and saw the nutritional information. OMG! One of these cinnamon rolls(a little taller than your thumb and the diameter is the size of a small/medium woman's hand) has 660 calories, 38 grams of fat total, and 90% of the daily value for saturated fat. Now that is disgusting. And people eat that for breakfast. I must say I had been tempted to try one lately, but now that I know that I will stick to my usual breakfast there: 7grain toast with creamed cinnamon honey and peanut butter with a side of strawberries.
