I think at this age, if she is tired, has no unstructured time, or if she is not able to explore other passions (if she has them) then it is too much.

I do wonder if you have seriously looked at dropping her down to fewer hours, if any, of women's artistic and having her try a tramp and tumble team? If that's her passion right now perhaps she would jump at the chance to make a switch. She could go back to women's artistic later

For my daughter if she stops being passionate about WAG I would not have her competing WAG. Particularly if she can compete something she is passionate about.

Diving is another nice tumbling sport she could try at some point. I think age 6-7 or 8 is a nice time for doing several things twice a week to see what really sticks.
