Update: Our meet is going better now. Our Meet Director is now in charge of figuring equipment, sessions, anything to do with the floor and all other areas are now being organized by myself and two other mom's. We know at least "back of house" will run smoothly.

Our gym runs a very successful Invitational and we always have the coaches/judges in the same room together. We've done this for years so I'm assuming we've never had complaints from anyone! The room is nice and comfortable and we give them nice food, drinks and treats! Feed them well and they are happy, I guess!
