I'm been off injury for 2 months and so far, so good! I'm doing a whole lot of conditioning, bars, a little bit of beam and a little bit of tumbl trak/floor! I still can't do turns really well though :\ Some back walkovers on beam and basics on floor. I know I need to take it slow but it's so frustrating sometimes when you know what you were able to do and you want to do it but don't want to get injured again :( I'm just taking it day by day and hopefully I'll be back in full force by summer :3

Any advice? It's a knee injury btw.

It's not in the gym but if you have access to a pool (or lake or ocean) swimming is a great low impact workout. In a pool you can also do specific leg exercises that you get from someone more qualified than me.

my advice is to listen to your doctor and therapist about what you are ready for, then your coach.

Wishes for a fast and healthy recovery!
