I have been using heel cups (Cheetahs by Tuli's) for the past year, for basically all tumbling and vaulting. Not on beam and didn't matter on bars. I used them for Severs (as thought by doctor, but wasn't too sure), but my physio said it was achilles tendonitis. Either way I have become so dependent on them, my heels still bother me occasionally but not all the time. I tried tumbling without them and everything felt off, not painful just odd. Anyone have this problem or any suggestions on how to make me less dependent.
