One of our coaches posted this move of one of his friends. I think the move is called a butterfly or a Gunny? I am sure someone (dunno) can correct me if I am wrong, but D loves this move. It is very cool!

yes, it's called a "butterfly". :) "Gunny" is the nickname of who you see doing it. but he wasn't the only or the first. :)

some coaches also refer to this as a 1/2 butterfly. a "full" butterfly is when you cross pull like you see him do, then "L", then pull to support with straight arms.

it was a long time ago. lol. all these years i thought that "gunny" was his nickname. lol. :)
