I started working on roundoffs on the beam with a red mat around it so it was slightly thicker and after a day my coach told me they were great and to start working them on the regular (low) beam. I can usually land the but they hurt my feet like crazy!!!! Any tips/exersizes/conditioning to help them become less painful?

There's only one main reason why it would hurt so bad: you're landing on flat feet.
With round offs, you need to land toe to heel. Not on your toes like some people think when they here toe to heel, but in that motion. It will limit the hard impact on your heels which is probably causing the pain!

You can get heel cups to help absorb the landing. I use the Tuli's Cheetah for them and it makes a world of difference.
