Coaches Science of Gymnastics, anyone read it?

Has anyone read this? Know anything about this? It seems like a really good book about the sport, but wanted to see if anyone had feedback on it.

Published in January of this year...should be pretty current right?

Have you read it dunno? I'm trying to figure out why it is so much more expensive for a hardcover...almost $100 more! Are there two versions of this book? Or is it really that expensive to pick up a hard cover?

yes, i have read it. i have the hard cover so i can't answer your question. Jemni is absolutely brilliant, yet simplistic. he is from south africa for anyone on this site from there. and of couse Bill Sands. 1 of the smartest guys i know in our sport.
