Can silvers jump to high bar?

There is no restriction on going to HB. They cannot do salto dismounts, so don't go to HB and do a flyaway. That would result in a significant impact on their SV. But just going to HB and doing tap swings and the turn dismount would just incur execution deductions depending on how well they are performed.
