Too funny. Another mom and I just said the exact same thing today. That and anything from the Step Up movie too. Way overused.

My DD did 2 years of L4 and that silly mill circle always left me scratching my head wondering why it is there!

Is interesting that in Australia we don't ever train or perform mill circles! I had to google them to find out what they were. My daughter is at Level National 5, which is about your US Level 6-7 and would never have done one in her gymnastics career!!
