Off Topic social groups?

I hear mention of joining social groups. Yet when I go to check them out they are all private. How do you join them?

I think you have to message the moderator and request to be added. There used to be a "join" button or something, but I don't see it now.

How do you find out who the moderator is?

If you click on the name of the group you want to join, the moderator should be listed on the right side under the heading "Social Group Moderators."

As the moderator, how do you add them to the group? I have had several people ask to join the group but i cant find where i need to go. When i started the group, i set it as an open group. Before, those wanting to join just clicked on join.

Go to members, and there should bea spot to change them to members

Click on the heading "members" and under the pictures of the existing members is a little area that says "invite member", you fill in the screen name of the person you want to add and it sends them an invite automatically.
