Sore wrist

My daughter is working on her front giants and her wrist are sore. What do you do to relieve discomfort? How about sore hands?

My dd has been learning front giants recently too. They seem to reek havoc on the hands and wrist. Taping her wrist under her grips for extra support may help. You can soak them in ice water after practice. Then vitamin e oil after soaking them.
