I slept well last night, except in a strange position. Now, if I tilt my head to the right, my neck hurts like heck. It is SO stiff. And, of course, I have gymnastics today in 3 hours. I stretch it every 30 minutes or so, but it's not helping...
I know that I'm not going to need to tilt my head like that for any tricks, but I'd rather not have it hurt, just in case. Does anybody know how to "un-stiffen" a stiff neck? Thanks!
