strength question

how long do think it will take to notice results in strength if you do this three daays from doing


- 5 sets of 5 chinups
- 5 sets of 5 leg lights
- 2 sets of 1 tuck holds for 1 minutes each
- 2 sets of 5 hollow body tuck ups
- 4 sets of 1 hollow body pushup hold for 30 seconds each
- 55 pushups


just wondering? :)
 
Depending on if you can actually already do the skills listed, your body will get used to them within 3 weeks. After that, you will need to change it up a bit to feel the same results. A lot of it will also depend on where your strength is right now. If I did what you have listed, 3 times per week, I really wouldn't notice much on the strength side but it would work on my endurance since I'm fairly strong but really lazy :).
