A couple of weeks ago, I asked some questions on behalf of my daughter regarding the latter steps of a pull over. The advice was super helpful. She had a private class today (to help keep her in the gym and with her coach over the long summer break) to work on pullovers. The coach was so happy with the pullover that they worked on back hip circles instead (which my daughter is calling back "hop" circles). She can do them now, but she'll need to work on keeping her arms straight.

Anyway, I just wanted to say thanks again. The advice here was really spot on and helpful. I'm loving the forums here :)
