This is D after practice. Maybe an ice bath would be more efficient...

I can easily imagine -- but the image isn't loading for me. :(

Hahaha....yes. Just put the ice in the tub! DD has her ankles in an ice-bath and ice on wrists.
 
oh my! i totally wish i could unsee that- that's scary! lol. poor thing!
 
In the beginning of the summer, DS was doing ice baths every day. The entire contents of our icemaker would go into the tub and the rest of the family would go "what happened to all the ice?"

That's awesome. I am sure d is thinking that might be easier. Although today it is hot bath with Epsom salts for his back

Oh no !

So far ( touch wood) haven't needed ice much for the gymies but when needed I keep a bag of frozen peas ( cheapest brand) in the freezer with a huge black cross drawn on them- find it excellent as the peas mould around the joint.

When done I simply re- freeze.... hence the black cross so no mistaking the pack :)
 
nice. I should do that. Probably makes life easier...
