Make sure you kick your back leg hard directly over your head, practice between 2 blocks or mats to make a corridor that you will hit your legs on if you're not straight. Look under your armpit to see your feet land on the beam, one foot in front of the other, adjust hips if you need to whilst you press your feet and arms down to land.
