I am on a team in excel , I'm really serious about gymnastics, but it seems like my teammates are not. Accept for maybe two of them. They goof off all the time and sit down and don't do anything when they get tired. It can,be be very distracting at times and a bit annoying. How should I solve the problem?

I have a similar situation. It can definitely be frustrating, especially if coaches aren't doing anything to get the group doing stuff again.
Definitely stay focused on what YOU can do, like said above, take extra turns, don't 'slack off' just because they are, instead do the extra reps. Take advantage of the situation (while still being kind, and don't be pushy). Don't follow their lead and instead stay focused, eventually they might start following your lead. Or they won't. But you can only control what YOU are doing. If they're trying to engage with you while it's your turn, or you are training, maybe kindly say something like, "sorry, I have to take my turn, let's talk about that after practice". Gl :)

When they are sitting down, just work more, and ask your coaches for more advice. You can’t really do anything about what they do.

Ok, its just the coaches keep talking to them to tell them that they.are not going to make progress, and it kind of just seems like it goes in one ear out the other. At this point the coaches are very annoyed.

Worry about what you can control... the coaches getting frustrated is on the coaches, not you. The other gymnasts not making progress is on them not you. Keep your focus on your training and don't even worry about what others are doing. Be friendly but busy yourself with your training.

Is there an age difference between you and your teammates? If so that could explain some of your frustration, especially if your teammates are younger and still a little immature.
