Thanks, Dunno, I understand your explanation. I guess what I'm getting at is that this feels like turning to the left. If you think about going into the cartwheel as turning yourself upside down 180 degrees, and rotating longitudinally 90 degrees, your front faces right but you felt like you turned left, or anti-clockwise. So if you are standing and do a jump full turn to the left, rotating longitudinally anti-clockwise, it feels like the same direction. So it is confusing to call one left and the other right!
 
i know. this is the visual problem that everyone always has. best way to figure these things out is to use a tablespoon. concave portion is the stomach and concave the butt. gives a great visual as you begin to turn the spoon when you do stuff with it.:)
