Gymnasts Twisting Help!

Hi guys, I have been working on my full twisting layout and just can't get it. For the longest time I was twisting too late (setting too long). My coach told me to try setting with one arm out to the side to initiate the twist faster, and I got it first try! But in the full twists that followed I started losing height and landing on my side. Now I have a bit of a mental block and am now twisting too late again. I was wondering if you guys have any tips for me? I have been working on it for so long and I can't seem to get it right, thank you!!
