Well Hello There!

Hi all! I'm excited to be on here. So...a bit about myself....I currently coach gymnastics and all-star cheerleading. I love it! I was a gymnast growing up and find myself trying to get back into the sport as an adult. Outside of being married, working, & training again, soccer is a big part of my life. I STAY busy!! I hope to gain a bit of coaching tips/tricks as well as maybe getting a little encouragement on my own training from this forum.
