I am a longtime "lurker" here, as I'm primarily just a fan, but thought I could help out a bit on this.

It can be a bit tough to find, but here is USAG's overview of the scores required to qualify to Classics and Championships: Link Removed

Unfortunately, USAG is not great at posting results from the elite qualifiers and they also (often) fail to post the compulsory scores--quite important since both the compulsory and optional scores need to be met for the athlete to qualify. A few years ago they used to keep an updated page on their site, but took it down when their site was revamped.

Keep in mind that athletes can "demonstrate readiness" at camps--this is how Shawn Johnson was added back to the national team despite the fact she hasn't competed (in open competition) for more than 2 years.

Dagen scratched the meet. I don't know why.

The ones who have qualified to Covergirl Classic, but not to Championships, did not achieve a 52.5 at the American Classic last weekend. For some it was because they were injured and did not compete, for others it was because they only qualified to Covergirl Classic and not to the American Classic, and for some it was because they competed at the American Classic but fell short of the minimum score.
