WAG What are elbow leg lifts?

I'm looking at Geddart's conditioning plans and this one has me stumped. I'm thinking push-up position but on elbows, then kicking feet out behind you? Is that right?
 
if someone asked me to do them, i would use two spotting blocks and set them up like a set of parallel bars, get into a support on my elbows instead of my hands and do leg lifts. just like holding yourself in a support on p bars and doing l lifts except on your elbows.
 
I've seen his conditioning video and when he shows "elbow leg lifts" the gymnasts lie on their back and support themselves up with their elbows. Then they bring their straight legs up to their nose and back down.
 
Actually, I bought the video after seeing the document, so I guess it worked in that case. I felt like the video was worth it because there were some intricacies to the exercises and arm positions, etc that you don't get from the document.
