Geez that's an easy one to find an answer for. Just ask any gym club owner who's L4 team finished first at the state meet. Old L4.... not new L4.

Look on meetscores and state scores/ Nationals scores. You can compare different gyms quite easily. Although results only tell you so much. To me the top gym is the one that has the most healthy and happy gymnasts at every level in their gym including rec.
