Parents What are these called?

Someone gave my son a pair of these, which he never used. My daughter wants to use them to keep her grips from slipping but we can only find one of the pair. Trying to order another set, but don’t know what they are called.

they look like neoprene wristbands. My dd used them for a few years before going back to regular wristbands
