I thought it was called Whippet or Jonah, but I'd have to look through the COP again.

come on...are you all serious? it's called a barani-in. in trampoline sometimes referred to as fliffis. fliffis can be barani-in or barani-out. so, if the barani is 1st you will hear it called barani-fliffis. if the barani is 2nd, you will hear it called fliffis-barani. but usually just barani-in.

jes.the gymnast: it is never called a half in. and a barani-in is a tsuk touching the vault table.

blairbob: a whippet is a skill done in mag. a jonah is a 1/2 turn to back flip from your back on the trampoline. in the old days it was also called cradle back.

ryantroop: novikov [coaching in louisiana and owns gym] from the old soviet union competed run-front handspring-barani-in. several gymnasts have also done barani-out both boys and girls. gogoladze[coaching in crystal lake at crystal lake gymnastics, illinois] competed run-front handspring-front layout-barani-in.

here's an example: YouTube - trampo ulysse barani in back out

and barani-out: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V66nTg49PT0
