It's a very exciting time at gym right now because they are all working on new level 5 stuff. Last week they began working on a bhs, bhs step out on floor. What is this for? I know it's not in the level 5 or level 6 routines, not as a combination at least. I've seen it on beam of course, but that's many levels/years away. Maybe it was just something to do for fun?
