what level would i be in america?

I'm just wondering what level I would be in in America. I live in Canada

vault: tsuk and handspring over 6

bars: kip handstand clear hip to handstand kip pike on roll around kip handstand giant giant full flyaway

beam: back walkover handspring, switch leap back tuck, split jump straddle half, one and a half toe turn, roundoff back full dismount

floor: roundoff handspring full, front handspring lay lay, round off handspring lay.

Sounds like level 9 to me..not positive though.

About level 8 with some 9 skills... for 8 you still need a turn or a flight on bars. For 9 you would need a turn and a flight on bars, a series on beam with 2 flight skills (handspring handspring), and probably another B or C tumbling pass.
