What positions are used in a Dive Roll, during Mid air part? Is it Arch, or Hollow? I am trying to figure out,

Actually, it depends. The ones with an arch look so much cooler than the ones in hollow.
One year, we had a girl demonstrate dive rolls to the parents of gymnasts that were considering joining our team. She did her Superman dive roll on the air track and got so much air that some of the parents were worried that their gymnasts "can't do that." lol

Back when it was in the level 5 routine, I used to give my mother a heart attack because I had a very high, tight arch and would hold it until the last possible second. She always thought I was going to break my neck.
