Just for fun I thought I'd ask an expert, errr ChatGPT what sports is the hardest. Look what was listed first!

I asked it what the difference is between DP and Xcel and it provided a pretty good answer! Not perfect, but solid! I also asked what the ideal L10 bar routine composition is. I would have preferred more specifics, but here is what it said:

The ideal bar routine composition for Level 10 gymnastics should follow the guidelines set by USA Gymnastics, which include the following requirements:

  1. Minimum skill requirements: Level 10 gymnasts must perform a minimum of six "A" level skills, three "B" level skills, and one "C" level skill. They must also perform a dismount that is at least a "C" level skill.
  2. Difficulty: Level 10 gymnasts should aim to incorporate difficult and high-scoring skills into their routine, such as release moves, pirouettes, and connections. They should also aim to incorporate unique and original elements to stand out from other gymnasts.
  3. Composition: A well-composed bar routine for Level 10 gymnastics should flow smoothly and include a variety of skills, combinations, and transitions. The routine should also showcase the gymnast's strengths and style.
  4. Execution: A high-scoring bar routine at the Level 10 level requires precise execution of skills, clean form, and perfect landings.
It's important to note that while there are guidelines and minimum requirements for Level 10 bar routines, each gymnast's routine may be unique and customized to their individual strengths and style. Coaches and gymnasts should work together to create a routine that showcases the gymnast's abilities and maximizes their potential.
