I agree. The only reason I know is that there was a possibility that YG would be a minute late once a week last year (her ride that day worked the night shift and would get home 3 minutes before school started). Walking is not allowed (no sidewalks). When I asked... To confirm what it sounded like in the handbook... They said my understanding was correct.
So, apparently, they teach 1/3 of the coursework the first minute of the day and 1/3 the last minute, lol.
