Don't you just love when all the hard work in the gym pays off. Most don't understand the handwork, sweat and tears involved. Does anyone have an skills or accomplishments that you recently got after what feels like forever! For me right now it would be my press handstand! Did my first on yesterday in my room and did more today, I don't practice anything at home except these and work on them in the gym all the time. Now just got to work them from straddle sit!

Im still working on my pullover but i can do it with a spot, a 14.6 on my floor (does that count haha?), bhs *pause* backtuck which is big for me because i normally have to take 10 jumps to do a back tuck lol and im really close to my fhs on tramp i can do bhs and backtuck and front tuck and frnt pike and frnt layout but not a fhs like wth? lol
goodluck everyone :)

I have learnt to round off flic full into the pit off tramp even if I will never be able to compete it because of my level (maybe T&T is a better option for me :P) I have also recently got my round off flic flic and hope to add another soon, back walkover on middle beam :) I also got my aerial cartwheel :D :D

I finally stopped overrotating fulls on tumble track, got my standing back pike on rod floor, did some handstand backhandsprings on the low beam without almost landing on my face :), and I'm doing yurchenko timers with an 8-incher over the table and trying to push to my back on resi behind it; my coach says they're pretty good and I'm happy because I was terrified of missing the board on my roundoff a couple months ago. :)

For my DD its qualifying at the first meet of the season for sectionals usually she is at the last possible meet to qualify before she does and also getting a 34.6 at 1st meet and a 35.1 at 2nd meet. Her goal for 3rd meet is to try for a 36 not sure if she will get it but I think she will be in the 35 range and still be happy with her performance.

i got my layout full on floor (backwards) again i had it.. my arabian messed up my twisting...I did my straddle back on bars today by myself for the first time i have done it before with a little spot and lastly i got my tsuk and my hand front on vault not front handspring.. haha people get that mixed up a lot
