Which skills were your hardest to teach/learn?

Back handspring on beam...I have 'had them' since I was 15 and still do gymnastics at 28 and still am afraid of them. I used to jump around the side because somehow it made me feel safer, and I am trying to break that habit. I have a decent one on low beam with mats, but at any beam with the entire beam exposed and no mats (the height matters less to me) I tend to revert to the one that looks almost more like a backwalkover that is crooked than a bhs.

Kips took awhile, as did a full. I realized I twisted the wrong way for me for awhile and fell on my head a lot, LOL. Then wouldn't do them for awhile, then learned a half and from there. I can make a full here are there now, more so on the tumble trak and I still need the resi pit cause I crash sometimes LOL. I got a front full, at least on the tumbletrak, right away...
