Tom, Tom, Tom.

I have told you before your gyms HC had a rep of being a butcher. He trained under Bela.

You have limited options. Russians are known to be pretty HC in this country.

Ideally after the competitive season, they might take a week or two off.

But these aren't ELITES!

A good program would switch into off season mode. More focus on physical preparation and less pounding surfaces.

However, most gyms are meat grinders.

I have told you for years where you should take her. Yes, it'll be a pain.

That gym was started to wipe the floor with our area and develop elites. They have never done either.

I fractured my back while training level 9 and was out for a few months. people kept telling me "oh dont worry about it you're young you will pick back up right were you left off" after a few months of doing nothing i came back and conditioned for probably a month. then i attempted some skills. it took me about 2 weeks to get a kip back and probably a month to get a cast handstand and i never got a free hip hand back before quitting. I was actually able to do giants again before i could consistantly cast to handstand. IT IS CRAZY how much you lose in a short period of time.

Beam deductions

Hi everyone! I’m hoping to get some help understanding my deductions on beam. I’ve been watching my videos back, but I’m having trouble figuring out exactly where the judges are taking the most off. If anyone is willing to take a look and give me some feedback, I’d really appreciate it. I’m especially curious about execution deductions, rhythm/connection issues, and anything in my acro or dance that might be costing me. The judge started me at a 10 for this routine, and I got a 9.1
