That. And I ask them if they still understand what I'm saying, if so they're not squeezing hard enough. ;)
Another drill I like to do in preparation for beam is to get them a foam block to put between their wrists and hold it there for jumps, handstands or just about the entire warm up. (Lots of complaining and very sore muscles guaranted)
