I've hurt my wrist, I'm pretty sure it is from doing too many round-offs at training. I also think it is because I can't turn my hand in ninety degrees, probably putting extra stress into that part of the wrist. Went to physio who says problem is in the scaphoid (in the side of my wrist at the base of the thumb). He thinks it will heal if I stay off it for a while and has given me stretching and strengthening exercises to do. I'm just wondering whether Tiger Paws might help (once it has healed) to prevent reinjury?

Well they sure cannot hurt, and adding extra support to your wrists can only be a good thing.
