So I moved up to Platinum this year because I (mostly) have everything. However, Ive been really struggling with Bars, as it was never my best event and the jump from Gold to Platinum is hard (at least for me, anyway). I have my kip - cast - free hip - kip, but the problem is my flyaway. My Coach wants us to do Long hang kip - Cast down flyaway, but I am really scared of peeling off the bar. My underswing is really bad, so thats out. I was wondering if this would be a 10.0 SV routine:
Kip - Cast - Free Hip - Kip - Squat On - Tap/Counter Swing - Flyaway.

I feel like I am missing an A skill- and I think tap swings are deduction in Platinum. What else could I do?

Platinums are not required to do a flyaway at all so this is all 100% up to your coach. We definitely had platinums doing a sole circle dismount from the high bar. If you have concerns about your routine composition, you need to talk to your coach. Having an honest conversation like "hey, I'm struggling with this part of my routine, I have this fear, what can I do to be more comfortable?"

As long as you only have 1 tap swing, it's not a deduction. However, you are missing an "A" (this was my exact routine earlier this year in platinum, and I was told I was missing 2 "A"s, I added a cast back hip circle before the squat on.

I know in Platinum you dont technically need a flyaway, but I do not have a sol circle. Last 2 years on Gold I did not do it great, so some competitions I had a 9.5 Start value. Thats why my Coach decided a flyaway would be the best option, and it has been better.

Whats your start value for missing 1 or 2 A Skills?

As long as your cast is above horizontal, you have:
Kip (A) Cast (A) Free Hip (B) Kip (A) Squat On (A) Tap/Counter Swing (A) Flyaway (A)
If your cast is low, then you could be short 1 A.
You could do a cast - back hip circle after the second kip ... or do a front hip circle after the second kip (that was OG's go to).
