Women Xcel Platinum Vault Start Value

One of the girls I coach who is an Xcel Platinum, is wondering what the Start Value is for a half on.
I tried to look in the Code Of Points Book and could only find a half on half off.
I know that the half on half off is a 9.9 SV, but what is just a half-on?

However, if she can do the 1/2 after the table (Handspring On-1/2 Off), it jumps to a 9.9.
