Women Xcel to USAG

hi I'm currently in the Xcel program and wanting to go over to USAG. I was just trying to understand what level gold would convert to. Also I'm wondering if Its possible when I do switch gyms I can just start competing in whatever level I belong in, because I've read that I would have to do a few competitions in lower levels doing lower level skills. And these are the skills I have:

bars:

• double back hip circle
• jump to high bar
• tap turn
• pull over

beam

• cartwheel cartwheel connection
• split jump straight jump connection
• full turn
• vertical handstand
• back tuck dismount

floor

• round off bhs back tuck
• double bhs
• sissone jump
• aerial
• front tuck

vault

• half off

Not having a kip will really hold you back. If you could get a strong kip, you could do level 4, which is an entry level. Your floor skills are more like level 5 but bars is level 3 right now.

Just want to point out that Xcel is USAG. I assume that you're referring to the Development Program (Lvl 1-10) of USAG, but XCEL is part of USAG
