Off Topic You tube links don't work

Any reason why? I did the thing, but it isn't working for some reason. I did it before a few months ago, but I can't see anything I am doing wrong. Hope someone can tell me.

Thanks. I know, that is what I have been trying. I just copy the link on youtube and than put youtube around it. Just like you showed, that is why I don't get that it isn't working.

Only use the part of the YouTube url after the = sign.
