My Best skill is - Well I used to be an amazing tumbler but my body has been hurting so much lately so haven't really been able to tumble so uhmm....front handsprings on beam? or just handstands on beam

My worst skill is - back enstention rolls, I can not do those to save my life exspecially after I hurt my shoulder.

My worst skill is - A clear hip (unless I have someone to help bring my legs up at the right time, horizontal is about the best I can do!)

My worst app is - Bars (I can do a cast to handstand on high and low bar, and a layout flyaway, but I arch a lot and in my casts I bend my knees)
