I am a level 6 USAG gymnast. I have been scoring in a 8.5-8.8 range. My state meet is soon and I really want to do well. I have been put aside quite a bit at my gym and don’t even know what I’m doing wrong.. Is there any tips anyone can give me? Also for the roundoff entry, do you snap your legs is or finish with them out? Some coaches have told me to snap them in while others tell me to finish with them out. I am not sure what to do and if it makes that much of a difference? I have slowed down videos of olympians like Simone Biles and Suni Lee and see that they finish with their legs behind them.
