Hi there,
my gym kids are starting with the yurschenko. The girls are 10 years old but pretty short. The preflight onto the table is pretty good but as soon as they touch the table the kind of break in the shoulder. And how should the hands be placed ? like in a BHS on the floor or turned inside ? And how can I strengthen the shoulder area ?
Any suggestions ?
