Do we have a lot of booster club representatives/board members represented here? I'd like to start some "best practices" discussions and share ideas but not necessarily to the main board.

We don't have a booster club, but since we are a YMCA program, we have to follow non-profit rules.

Yes please! We have a boosters club and desperately need ideas to raise our attendance as well as fundraising ideas and ways to increase sales at our merchandise table at our home meets!
