When I saw the thread about using gymnastics equipment in the house for other things, it got me thinking about the opposite.......how do you/your kids use regular everyday house items to do gymnastics? :)

I love doing backbends off the sofa and using doorframes to stretch my standing splits. I'm getting a little big for that kind of activity...

I use the tile floor lines to practice my beam routine, open hallways to walk on my hands, I used to do backhandsprings on my bed when I was little (to my parents dismay), my reflection in the fridge to work on poses, and a chair ottoman to pretend I'm a male gymnast on the mushroom/pommel horse
