I'm not in america, but you pick up these things! Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
Bars: Glide in preperation for kip, upward circle, front hip circle, mill circle, back hip circle to undershoot dismount.
Floor: Split jump, handstand forward roll, handstand bridge kickover, split leap high leg hop series, splits, backward roll to front support, 1/2 spin, round off back handspring.
Vault: Handspring flat back to mats - about 1 metre 10? Not sure.
Beam: Straddle over mount, 1/2 spin, split leap, handstand, straight jump tuck jump series, handstand dismount.
