Little DD had her first TOPs testing today. She is not quite there on the straddle presses and the cast handstands, but she's worked hard and gotten a lot better on many of the skills. Her coach did come out proudly today and tell me that she got a perfect score on her bridge! And a point from perfect on her splits!
Also told me that she had improved her vertical jump by 6 inches from when she started! I'm so proud of her and amazed at her every single day.
She has recently mastered her FHC and her mill circle (most of the time, you know how that evil mill circle is) and can put a whole L4 bar routine together now...starting to connect everything. I can see that she is gaining a lot of confidence and is loving gymnastics more than ever. I love that she is so happy!
